David Wedgwood (Anthony Gold), David Rees KC (5 Stone Buildings) and Paula Myers (Womble Bond Dickinson) delivered a seminar exploring Beddoe applications and insolvency issues, with particular reference to the recent case of Wedgwood v Hosein [2024] EWHC 1836 (Ch).
The seminar was hosted by member firm Anthony Gold in London and livestreamed to Womble Bond Dickinson’s offices in Leeds and Bristol. The event concluded with drinks and networking.
